How to Give Help
If you are able, we would encourage you to prayerfully consider contributing to our benevolence fund in addition to your normal tithe/giving (your normal giving is still incredibly important to our church during this time). The benevolence fund is reserved first to care for those in our church family who may need urgent assistance, and then to those in our immediate community.
If you would like to donate to our benevolence fund, you can do so by visiting our giving page.
During this unprecedented crisis, there are many opportunities to love people and point them to the life of Jesus. The first place to start is with your immediate community: check on your next-door-neighbors.
Then, care for the ones who are immediately around you that need help—those that are elderly, those that have compromised immune systems, those that have special needs, those who have been neglected, and those who are alone.
Then, move responsibly outward to our Rogers Park larger community. Below are some of the ways we are already doing so.
